We only have 2 1/2 days left here and then we head off to cold and rainy Vancouver. They've had rain or snow there quite frequently while we've been away. Hopefully all the snow has melted by now!
We can't complain about the weather here in Palm Springs. While it was cooler than usual the first days after we arrived, the weather has been outstanding the majority of the time. Today, as I write this post, it's 89 degees. Nothing to complain about here. I would have liked to get some golfing in but that didn't happen so we'll do that when we're back next February.
Looking forward to getting home to our 3 fur babies. We always miss them and will need to provide some heavy duty cuddles when we get home, especially to my old girl Socks. She's almost 15 years old, has always been cranky, but she's very loving to us. Apparently there have been at least one cat fight while we were gone. The newest addition to the clan had to put in her place and from what I understand, Socks sorted her out. This is long overdue so we're happy that Socks finally asserted her authority. Should be interesting to see the dynamics when we get home.
Still working on my daily face challenge. I'm still enjoying it and have, for the most part, kept up. I think I am behind by 2 days so will catch up tonight. Also looking forward to getting back to my studio and getting my hands dirty again. I find that taking a break like this helps me to renew my creativity.
