Summer and ICADS

Well, summer has finally arrived here on the coast.  I've spent the last couple of weeks working in the garden, weeding and planting my new plants.  I have a couple that were not doing well where they were so I moved them someplace else or just pulled them and sent them to the garbage.  The landscapers removed a large horse chestnut tree from our back yard so it has opened up a large space for more sun.  I think my garden is really going to enjoy the increase in sunshine so I'm expecting my flowers to really perk up.

I'm playing in the 2018 ICAD (Index Card A Day) challenge again this year.  I'm looking forward to it and hope to be able to complete all 61 days.  I think the last couple of months of creating a tag a day has really helped me to get my head around what is required and it has certainly helped to build my confidence.  As well I'm playing in a mail art swap on one of the lists.  It runs from June 1st through August 31st.  There are 18 of us altogether and we exchange mail art of some kind.  It's lots of fun as well so I guess I'll be busy this summer.

Here are my ICADS for June 1st and June 2nd:
